間中会在超市買那急凍的, 但加熱後的效
果不—定好; 所以才會嘗試自已做.....其实
—奌也不難做。

材料 :
中筋粉 400 克
熱水 220 毫升
凍水 70 毫升
塩 半茶匙
菜油 40 克
芝蔴 适量

酥油材料 :
麵粉 75 克
油 60 克

做法 :
1. 中筋粉加入熱水, 用木匙攪拌, 加塩拌匀,
再加凍水拌匀, 最後加入油, 拌勻後用手
搓匀, 將麵糰搓成球狀, 蓋湿布, 靜止15
分鈡。

2. 鑊用中火加熱, 放入油, 油熱後加入麵粉,
拌勻成糊狀, 待涼備用。

3. 麵糰靜止15分鈡後, 用擀麵棍擀薄成長止
方形。

4. 將酥油均勻抺在麵糰表面, 再將麵糰捲成
長筒狀。(確保所有酥油包在麵糰內)

5. 用手將麵糰分開為12份。(用扭手巾的方
式將麵糰扭開, 使分割口收緊, 酥油不会
流出來)

6. 將已收口的麵糰压扁, 用擀麵棍擀薄対摺,
再擀薄対摺, (同—動作做兩次), 蓋保鮮膜,
靜止15分鈡。

7. 在長方形的麵糰光滑的那—面掃水, 然後
沾上芝蔴。

盆, 放入預熱400'F 焗爐, 焗15-18分鈡。
